For a meal plan it is $350 per 30 days(3 main meals plus snacks throughout the day). This plan provides you calories per food items, macros & more. Once ordered you will be prompted to fill out a quick form with questions that will best help me create a customized plan just for you! You will get a confirmation email once the order is complete and will receive your customized meal plan within 5-6 days via email. Any questions please feel free to reach out!

Building a meal plan is critical to the success of your exercise program. Embarking on a new exercise program without a meal plan is a bit like trying to drive in a foreign country without a map; you’ll always get somewhere, but the place you arrive may or may not have anything to do with the place you actually wanted to be. Without a proper plan, your nutrition might not lead toward your end goal. This plan is a simple, yet easy meal plan. There are no extensive recipes or costly ingredients to buy. Everything is simple and accessible at a locally grocery store. This plan DOES NOT provide macros and micros.
